It's always good to give credit where credit is due. Ethan saved SharePoint one day after I broke it. I was beyond concerned with a mistake I made. I put in a ticket, and he called me less than 30 minutes after. It was a relief to know that the problem was fixed before anyone realized there was a problem. I would also like to recognize Nick, the unsung hero who is always here and ready to lend a hand. He stopped what he was doing to help me get set up after I came on board.
